By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Fraudulent activities or impersonation.
  • Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Disrupting the platform's functionality.

3. Mentorship & Training Services

  • Our platform facilitates professional growth through various formats, including but not limited to:
  • Masterclasses: Specialized sessions led by experts.
  • Bootcamps: Intensive, multi-day training programs.
  • Group Session Workshops: Collaborative learning environments for multiple students.


4. Payments, Splits, and Withdrawals

  • Payment Collection: All payments for training sessions, masterclasses, and bootcamps must be made through our platform. We accept [Stripe, Paypal, Razorpay, etc.].
  • Payment Split: The platform receives all student payments directly. The Mentor’s share (after platform fees) will be credited to the Mentor’s internal account.
  • Withdrawal Requests: Mentors may view their balance and submit a withdrawal request through their Mentor Account. Requests are processed within [specified timeframe].

5. Mentor Responsibilities

  • Profile Accuracy: Mentors must provide accurate professional credentials. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
  • Session Delivery: Mentors are expected to deliver high-quality training professionally and punctually.
  • Compliance: Mentors must comply with all relevant legal and professional requirements in their region.

6. Student Responsibilities

  • Participation: Students are expected to attend masterclasses/bootcamps on time and engage actively.
  • Feedback: Students are encouraged to provide constructive reviews of their Mentors and the training content.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Student Cancellations: * Up to 24 Hours Before: Students can cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations will incur a fee of [specified amount] to compensate the Mentor for the lost time slot.
  • Mentor Cancellations: If a Mentor cancels, they must notify the student(s) immediately. Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties or removal from the platform.
  • No-Shows: If a student is absent, the fee is still charged and the Mentor is paid. If a Mentor is absent, students are fully refunded.

8. Refund policy

Refunds are issued if:
  • The Mentor cancels the session/training. The session fails due to platform-side technical issues. Refund requests must be submitted within [specified timeframe].

9. Policy Changes
